Connect with the people and tools you need to meet your personal health goals.

WellStyles is a lifestyle management program designed to put YOU in charge of your health & wellbeing.

Employees who participate in Wellstyles can earn points for participating in age appropriate preventative care (annual physicals, dental or eye exams, cancer screenings, etc.) and for healthy living programs (smoking cessation, BMI monitoring, exercise/ fitness programs, etc). Different point accruals result in various prizes.

WellStyles Newsletter

There is also a monthly Wellstyles Newsletter with helpful medical stories and healthy recipes.  Wellstyles can be tailored to individual districts and their needs.  Activities can include but are not limited to:preventative exams, smoking cessation; screenings; 5k runs; health fair attendance; participation in an approved exercise or weight loss program; or other healthy living events. We work with individual groups to design a WellStyles program that caters to their population and budget. We create forms, flyers, prize catalogs, custom website(s) and all promotional materials. Valley Schools fully administers the tracking, member correspondence, and mailing of prizes.

You can enroll anytime throughout the year, and request prizes at any time you that you have enough points.
